Prospective entrepreneurs who have obtained certification will be eligible to apply for a Digital Village Revolving Fund development loan. The funds will be based on the estimated cost of setting up a Pasha Centre and will be repayable within a period of 3 years. These funds will be used to finance set up costs and the required infrastructure (computers, printers, software etc). The grant facility will be managed by the Kenya ICT Board Grants Manger and will follow the governance and disbursement mechanisms.
